SYNERGY Assembly Illustrations:

SYNERGY’s Assembly Illustrations Management module is designed to improve collaboration among D&R engineers, suppliers, and MP&L analysts to improve the quality of upcoming build events, reduce time to delivery, prototype build cost and provide complete vehicle build information pedigree to vehicles testing group.

 

Built on a flexible Business Process Management (BPM) platform, Synergy’s Assembly Illustration module provides users with tools to search parts and drawings, compare Vehicle part lists, features and usages to validate the BOM and assembly processes.

Any engineering chages fed through SYNERGY issues Resolution Moduce automatically throgh SNYERGY's flexible Business Process Flow Management SYNERGY provides users the Information necessary to build the prototype unit with the latest and most accurate information.

SYNERGY Vehicle Sign Off

SYNERGY Vehicle sign off module provides the “checks and balances’ functionality before the vehicle is delivered to vehicle owner for testing. 

 

SYNERGY Vehicle sign off module has:

    Engineering Verification Sign Off module is built on SYNERGY‘s Intelligent Engineering platform. This module designed not only to provide a pedigree of the engineering part changes but also, to provide a pedigree of the impacted product attributes, DVMs and prototype vehicles so that engineering verification can be done with complete and relevant information.

     

    SYNERGY’s Intelligent Engineering Platform is designed to collect and analyze information such as;

    ·         High risk parts

    ·         Issue types Statistics

    ·         Relationships amongst parts and systems  

    ·         Supplier communications and supplier performance

    ·         Impacted unit types and tests, etc.

     

    This collected information then is used to integrate the results with engineering disciplines such as DFMEA and Process Diagrams and Boundary diagrams to improve robustness of issues resolution process as well as to provide a mechanism to build and maintain a re-usable and sustainable Product Development knowledge with minimal impact to program launch team.
